Kilkenny City (or the marble city) is situated 60 miles (100 Kilometres) south of Dublin, and is well known for it's arts and drama culture, as well as it's limestone buildings. Kikenny county on the other hand, is home to many small and rural villages and towns. County Kilkenny has many Irish-holiday destinations, and thrives on the many toursits who visit it each year. It's medieval City streets as steeped in history, as are its numerous Cathedrals and old buildings.
